The source-sample stage of the new two-dimensional angular correlation of annihilation radiation spectrometer at Technische Universität München
This is the fundamental publication concerning the Garching Spectrometer for Angular Correlation of Positron Annihilation Radiation (ACPAR). It describes the instrument and evaluates its performance in guiding positrons from a
22Na-source towards a small spot on the sample in terms of the achievable resolution. For a more detailed discussion of the detectors and data treatment see
another publication.
